The Real Reason Khaby Lame Was Deported – Summary

Key Facts About Khaby Lame’s Deportation

  • Khaby Lame, the most-followed TikToker on TikTok with approximately 162 million followers, was arrested and deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on June 6, 2024, at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • He is a citizen of Italy and had entered the U.S. on an agency visa that was revoked three years prior.
  • Despite the revocation, Lame continued to stay in the U.S., making 49 visits over several years, evading taxes, and signing contracts under false names while sending money back to his home country (Sagal, Italy).
  • He was not allowed to self-deport by the June 1st deadline, which would have avoided legal action. Instead, he was detained at the airport and planned to attend a celebrity soccer event in Miami—a fact that contradicts claims he intended to leave.

How the Deportation Was Initiated

  • The news broke via Bo Louden, a close associate of Donald Trump and a key figure in Trump’s social media strategy.
  • Louden learned about Lame’s visa violations through business partners who reported that:
    • Lame’s visa was revoked years ago.
    • He remained in the U.S. on a revoked visa.
    • He was evading taxes and profiting from U.S. audiences.
  • Louden tipped off the Department of Homeland Security, leading to a swift response.
  • ICE confirmed the arrest in a public statement to media outlets, including AFP and Men’s Journal.

Controversy and Public Reaction

  • Initially, community notes (a social media platform) labeled the story as a "complete lie", but this was later discredited as ICE confirmed the detention.
  • The video creator notes that official records only show detention status during processing, not actual holding—so the absence of public records doesn’t prove the story is false.
  • Critics argue that Lame is not a political figure, and the label of "far-left TikToker" was misleading or politically charged, as no evidence of political activism was presented.

Legal and Ethical Implications

  • Lame’s actions violated U.S. immigration law by overstaying a revoked visa and operating illegally in the U.S.
  • The case highlights the seriousness of immigration enforcement, especially for individuals who exploit loopholes or evade legal processes.
  • The creator emphasizes that no one is above the law, and that the system must protect law-abiding citizens and prevent abuse of the immigration system.

Public Outcry and Protests in Los Angeles

  • The deportation sparked widespread protests in Los Angeles, turning the city into a "freaking war zone".
  • Protesters clashed with federal agents, pelting vehicles with rocks, and setting fires to cars and trash.
  • Some protesters stormed an ICE detention center, launching explosives at officers and breaking windows.
  • The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) reported that arrests were allegedly made without judicial warrants, a major point of contention.
  • The U.S. government denies the warrantless arrests, but the incident has fueled deep public division over immigration policies.

Government Response

  • President Trump ordered the deployment of 2,000 National Guard members to Los Angeles to restore order.
  • The situation reflects intense polarization in American society over immigration enforcement and civil liberties.

Conclusion

While Khaby Lame’s deportation appears to be a legal enforcement action based on immigration violations, it has ignited national debate over:

  • The fairness of immigration enforcement.
  • The balance between law enforcement and civil liberties.
  • The treatment of influencers and public figures under immigration law.

The incident underscores that no one is immune to U.S. immigration laws—regardless of fame or popularity—and highlights the tension between national security, legal compliance, and public sentiment in modern America.

Oh, this week the most followed Tik Tocker on the planet was detained and deported out of America. The freaking National Guard was deployed to LA over riots that were sparked because of the deportations. The FBI arrested two Chinese scientists for attempting to smuggle a dangerous biological weapon into the United States. A lot of in and out of America this week. India said that they're finally going to attempt to count their population. And this week I have a direct message to the United States government because we need to talk at the end of this video. All of that and so much more this week, I'm telling you, might be one of the best videos. I don't think we've had such a jam-packed week of news. So, you're going to love it. Let's stop the yapping and let's get laughing. I can [ __ ] die. I think this is the first time I've had to re-record the whole video back to back. And I always pondered the question like, is it possible? Because these these I'm like recording in here for like close to an hour. And I was like, could I ever have the high energy for two hours straight? Ah, I guess we're going to find out today. Okay, let's start today with some absolutely wild news that broke on Saturday. Kabul, the most followed person on TikTok. I think he's got something like 162 million followers, which is just mind-boggling to think about. He was arrested by ICE agents and deported out of the United States. And this guy is a multi multi-millionaire. He is world famous, as I said, 162 million followers. and if he can be arrested and deported, no one is safe. And at the start, when this news first came out, we didn't actually know if it was true because Kabie, uh, who's originally from Sagal, well, he is a citizen of Italy and that's where he is believed to be living. So, why he's getting deported from the United States, bit of a strange one. And the community notes even came through and they're like, "This is a complete lie." Turns out the community notes was wrong because ICE have now confirmed to multiple media outlets that they did in fact detain Kabi. And they said in a statement to the AFP and Men's Journal, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained Kabi Lame, 25, a citizen of Italy, June 6, at the Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada, for immigration violations. Lame entered the United States on April the 30th, and overstayed the terms of his visa. Lane was granted voluntary departure June 6th and has since departed the United States. And here's the interesting part about all of this because the news was not only broken by Bo Louden, who if you don't know is a good friend of Baron Trump, Trump's son, and is one of those people who played a major part in Trump's social media strategy when he was running for reelection. So yeah, not only did he break this news on Twitter, but Bo was the person who actually tipped off the Department of Homeland Security and I guess got him deported. He said in a tweet, "I discovered that he was illegal who overstayed an invalid visa, evaded taxes, and I personally took action to have him deported." And then he ended the tweet with, "No one is above the law." So I decided to reach out to Bo and ask him a few questions like how did he find out that you know Kabi Lane was on an invalid visa and secondly why would he take it upon himself to get him deported and so if I have the interview let's play that now Alex so we did actually get the interview guys just letting you know Bo as I mentioned is the person that broke the news like how did you know about the whole Kabil lame thing like how how did you know that he was overstaying his visa? So, he had worked with a few of my friends. Um, some of my business partners, they worked with him and he he was on one of their companies. Basically, they just told me, you know, his visa was revoked 3 years ago, yet he's come back to the US 49 times on a revoked visa. He was making money in the United States and uh and many people were saying that he was signing contracts under different names and sending money back to Sagal. So, he was like in the country evading taxes and on a a revoked visa for 3 years. I just called some buddies in the administration and I've never seen anything happen so quick. They were like, "We're going to get right on this." They actually gave him till June 1st to self-epport, but he didn't do that either. He wanted to stay cuz he had other contracts signed to attend things in the United States. One of which I was at. There was uh the beautiful game it was called with a bunch of celebrity soccer players and things like that. And KBI was supposed to be there. He signed contracts to be there. But that was the day before he got deported because that was June 6th. Past June 1st he was still in the United States on a revoked visa. He didn't self-epport. So they went and picked him up in Vegas as he was in the airport to head to Miami for that event. They said that they arrested him at the airport. So I assumed he was trying to leave, but he was actually coming to that event. Was he? He's going to Miami. Miami. Yes. So he had no intention of leaving either. No, he's been very stubborn. Let's That's why I said they gave him till June 1st. If he would have just flown out of the country before June 1st, he would have been totally fine. Wouldn't have to talk to ICE. Would nothing. He'd be fine. But he didn't do it for whatever reason. I guess it's cuz he signed other contracts. Icewind picked him up and they were going to do it sooner, but he was moving around a lot. He was like in New York, then Vegas, then wherever. So, he was moving around a lot. Damn. So, they detained him at the the airport. Then, they took him to I believe it was Henderson Detention Center. That's kind of like just towards the outside of Vegas. I'm assuming they kept him there for a little bit. I asked him a few questions and stuff and then he was allowed to leave himself. Yeah, that's the thing. If it's a case like this, you know, he's not like a MS-13 or something. So, they're not going to like forcibly remove him. They gave him the option to self- deepport. I'm told I think his attorney called immediately and said booked you a flight to Canada. They I'm pretty sure like they escort him to the gate and stuff like that. But when I first posted it, everybody was calling me a liar and saying there's no official proof. And then I posted the screenshot from the website saying Kobby Lame is being held at I think it was Henderson County in in Nevada. Everybody was still calling it a lie cuz when they searched it, it was not coming up. And I'm like, well, the reason that is is because it only shows when they're being held and while they're being processed. But that doesn't mean they were never held. I was going to say cuz that was the first thing that I saw and I saw the community notes and everything coming up and I was like ah okay this is a bit strange and then the next day when it was finally confirmed and they sent out the statement to all of the you know the different medias that were contacting them and they gave confirmation I was like community notes got that one real real wrong. Do you happen to know what visa he was on that like he initially got accepted for or no? It was an agency visa, but him and that agency parted ways, like I said, 3 years ago. And so, he was still on that agency's visa, though, without their permission after he got his visa revoked by that agency. Instead of going and finding a different one, he just stuck on that visa that he wasn't allowed to be on. And so, that's just completely and utterly breaking the law. He was in this country working illegally. And not only that, but he was sending money that's paid for by his followers or, you know, American tax dollars, things that go through our system, and he was sending it back to his home country. No one no one can be above the law. Also, one thing that you said in your tweet, you said he was a a far-left Tik Tocker, and bro, I've never even heard the guy speak, let alone say him say anything political. So, why are you calling him a far-left Tik Tocker? I'm not sure if he's I don't watch a lot of his content to be completely honest with you. I'm not sure if he's posted about it. He's I've seen a lot of videos of him saying like some pretty difficult things, many of which you just really does not like President Trump and I'm sure he hates him much more now. So that's why I posted, you know, far-left Tik Tocker. Interesting. So I don't know if you've heard much beyond what like what happens now. But do you know if he uh I'm assuming it's going to be very difficult for him to get back in to the US. I'm sure he's going to try and come back on a different, you know, company visa or something. Problem is, he really messed himself up because he could have self-deported by June 1st and then coming back would be much easier. But now that he didn't do that, it's going to be really hard for him to come back. I I wish him the best of luck. I hope he's able to come back as a law-abiding citizen. You know, anybody immigrating to the United States, I I have friends that have been in the United States for, you know, 10 years and they maybe worked 5 years to come here legally and it was a very long and grueling process versus the other guys that just, you know, walk all over it and, you know, it's not fair to them. You someone who put all that time and effort to do something legal and to follow our laws and appreciate our country. You know, I just again I want to look out for the little guys, the people that follow our laws, respect our country, appreciate it and its values, and don't abuse the system. So, all right. Thank you so much for your time, man. Uh it's my pleasure. Appreciate it. And uh I'll speak to you soon, eh? Yeah, sounds good, man. Appreciate it. So, what are your thoughts on that? Now, look, while there is the half of America that share similar viewpoints to Bo when it comes to immigration, there is the other half, however, that share the exact opposite viewpoints. And currently, right now, they are protesting like hell. So, let's talk about that because that is our next story. And uh as you can see, LA is looking like a freaking war zone because of it right now. Moving on. What you are seeing is wild footage of protesters clashing with federal immigration agents and law enforcement. Rioters can be seen pelting military vehicles with rocks, as you can see from this footage, which is captured inside the vehicle. But then there's also other videos of this guy like with a with a bike helmet throwing rocks at regular cars. Um although they are believed to be uh driven by federal agents although they wouldn't have the protection like the military vehicles do. The streets of LA can be seen burning after protesters put barricades in there and they started setting fires to cars and uh trash. And some have even gone as far as storming government buildings such as this ICE detention center, launching explosives through windows and even directly at officers. Now, authorities have responded with force. They have opened fire on crowds with rubber bullets. And Trump has ordered 2,000 members of the National Guard to be deployed to LA. So, seeing all of this madness, how the hell did things get so out of control? Well, firstly, you'd have to be living under a rock to uh to to not know that all of these immigration rates have been highly highly controversial in America. But it's reported that on Friday, protests broke out after widespread arrests of undocumented migrants uh were carried out in some Los Angeles areas. One of the major inflammatory points in particular with this incident is that arrests were allegedly carried out without judicial warrants. Now, this is according to multiple legal observers and is confirmed by the American Civil Liberties Union. However, it should be noted that the government does deny this. They say they do have warrants. They are also being accused of using unnecessary force during these raids. And also another point that has been highly controversial that has led to the situation now is that they have terminated policies like the sensitive location rule. This previously prohibited ICE agents from arresting people at schools, hospitals, and places of worship. The government's argument to ending this is that they say that those people who are in the country illegally were using these places to hide knowing that agents weren't allowed in. Now, the protests were initially described as peaceful, but as time passed, the visuals of the violence that has emerged says otherwise. California's governor, Gavin Newsome, has criticized Trump's deployment of the National Guard, saying it is purposefully inflammatory and it will only escalate tensions, while LA's mayor labeled it as completely unnecessary. Trump, however, thinks differently. He says that the governor and mayor simply cannot do their jobs. though he has had to step in in order for law enforcement to be protected. Things get even crazier when you find out that Pete Hexath said that if things continue to escalate, he will even be willing to mobilize Marines and he's put them on high alert. things are getting crazy and and it really does seem like you have the people on the side that that truly believe this is necessary for America. And then obviously on the other side, well, we are seeing them very much disagree. I'd love to know your guys' thoughts on the situation. Put it in the comments, but we must move on. Oh, I cannot believe I've put this story next. My bad. Complete vibe change. But what the hell is this exhibit? A museum in Amsterdam this week has put on a display of a 200-year-old condom. An ancient one. Ah, listen. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. This is no ordinary ancient protection. The sheath is a whole 8 in long, which if you account for inflation, that's like 12 in in 2025. And not only that, but it is in mint condition. never used before. And how do you know that? Well, they've used UV light. I What am I doing? What kind of news story? Look, no, no, no. To be fair, I This is massive news for the unemployed. So, lock in. Another staggering fact about this is that it is extremely rare. There are only two of these in the entire world and only one of them on display. Classic Amsterdam. Let's see if we can find out where the other one is. Oh, the other one is only 3 in long. It's called the dagger and is still believed to be in use. Huh. By someone with the name Alexander the Editor. It's a strange last name, but interesting nonetheless. Popular YouTuber Dylan Paige was found dead this morning by police. Official statements say that he was set on fire while he slept by a coworker. A suspect has been arrested, but police are looking Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean, that really got out of hand fast. Sorry, Al. Oh, and just in case, you know, the men of the past needed to get into the mood, we we've all been there. Printed on the side is an ex very strange explicit image of a partially undressed nun of all people uh pointing at three partially undressed clergymen. That That is one. Why a nun? I I I guess because it's extra prohibited, I guess. And clergymen, I don't even know what is a what is a clergyman? I don't know. It was purchased for 1,000 on auction, which if you think about that, is that extremely cheap or extremely expensive? A thousand. It can be both. And it's believed to have come from a fancy French brothel in the 1830s. Oh, and of course, they didn't have latex back then. So, this is believed to be made out of a sheep's appendix. Ridiculous. Oh, no. No. Sorry. It gets more ridiculous because this museum, since they've put this on display, has apparently been packed with people, quote, young and old, who just want to get a glimpse of this bad boy. The curator said, "The response has been amazing. Only in Amsterdam." Hey, maybe we should maybe we should find the other one, the dagger. Alex, send it over to me. Uh, we'll put it in the back there. Well, we'll get a little spotlight on it and Okay. No, no, no. Sorry. Sorry. Ridiculousness. None of that nonsense. Moving on. Okay. I apologize. I am really not locked in with the vibe changes of these stories. So, how do I go from that to this? A forward apology because this is going to be an emotional roller coaster. Okay. This next story is tragic. Get your head out the condom space and there's no way to say it that. Let's just talk about it. A 19-year-old student has sadly passed away after unbuckling her own harness midair and falling to her death. You see, Tiana was parasailing while on vacation in Montenegro when something went terribly wrong. She reportedly agreed with a parasailing company to have a free ride so that she would make a video and promote it to boost their business for tourists in the summer holiday season. And the thing is is that before she took off, her friends have told media outlets that, you know, she seemed calm. She was waving to them, saying goodbye. She was happy, which made what happened next so unexpected. Just moments after lifting off, witnesses on the beach reportedly heard her suddenly start screaming, saying, "Put me down. Put me down and help me." Then in a moment of absolute terror, she did the unthinkable. She started unbuckling her own harness and seat belt while 150 ft above the sea. What happened next? I don't think I'll show you on here. It's kind of a bit of a mystery as to why she did this because her family said that she was not suicidal. The Paris Sailing Company commented and said that, you know, maybe she thought that something was wrong with the equipment and she started to have a panic attack. Well, others started talking about the call of the void phenomenon. And I looked into this and like apparently 50% of people have experienced this call of the void phenomenon before. The owner of the parasailing company said, "I guess she didn't do it consciously, but in a moment of uncontrollable fear." I mean, ultimately, it it's super hard to say why she did this. Um, maybe she didn't realize how high she was flying. I mean, ultimately all you can say is rest in peace and I hope that her family is going to be okay. Moving on. Okay, sorry. Vibe shift again. Sorry guys. PSA announcement for all of you that are still on the old dating market. Your height is about to matter a whole lot more on Tinder starting now. Because also this week, the dating app has just quietly tried to test a new feature where users can filter by height. Bastards. Someone posted a screenshot on Reddit showing a new height toggle in discovery settings which allows users to specify the height that they want for their potential matches. And you want to know what the top comment on this thread was? The only way they're going to get women to pay for their service, too. What's wrong with the short king? Huh? Not like I care. As you can see, okay, these are really high ceilings, so this like garage makes me look short, but 6'2, so not any issues here. Pretty sure Alex is like 510, 5'9. Now, they did put a little bit of a disclaimer here and they said that don't worry, it is not so that women can filter out shorter men because I'm not going to lie, Toto was having a meltdown, saying that it was over for short kings. But the thing that's so ironic about this is that in 2019, they posted uh saying that height verification was coming to uh Tinder. Turns out though, it was just an April Fool's joke. Six years later, we now have height filters and it is the 8th of June. So yeah, you know it's real. But again, you know, 6'2, do the math. It's fine. Um, doesn't really affect. So I moving on. Also this week, bizarrely, the FBI has confirmed that they arrested two Chinese scientists for this is crazy. You ready? attempting to smuggle a dangerous biological weapon into the United States. Here's the crazy part, though. If hypothetically this pathogen was let loose, it has the ability to cause mass poisonings and millions of dollars of damages across America. So, here's what we know. Reports say that the Chinese couple attempted to smuggle in a fungus called, bear with me, fesarium graninarium into the United States. And I'm sorry that that's kind of distracting cuz it sounds like a freaking Harry Potter smell. Harry Potter spellarium gram. But regardless if it's Harry Potter our name, the scientific literature describes it as a potential agot terrorism weapon. Yeah, you're not laughing now, are you? Now this pathogen infects crops like wheat, barley, oats, and corn causing a disease called head blight. Kind of sounds like a nice fun little I just got a bit of the head blight. Yeah, you got a blight head. H it's not actually it's pretty serious. It's actually very very lethal. It can lead to totally wiping out harvests and leave your belly very empty. It can lead to poisonings and if you decide to eat the food that has been infected, you can get liver cancer. Yes. No. No. Liver damage. Point is, US authorities describe this as one of the gravest national security concerns. You're not laughing now. Again, whole situation gets even crazier when you dig a little deeper and you find out who these two Chinese nationals were. Because the FBI claimed that before they came to America, they performed research on this fungus in a university in China, allegedly getting funding from the Chinese government to do so. I mean, it's not completely out of the realms of a government to fund research on fungus, but we'll go further. They were accused of planning to continue this research at the University of Michigan. Uh, and the FBI say that evidence indicates that they have direct ties to the CCP. They also said that they lied about it when they're coming into the airport and then they switched their stories and they said, "No, that we do have it." So, a lot of sus stuff. They've now been charged with conspiracy, smuggling, and visa fraud. And kind of the whole reason why it's been made into such a big deal is because the head of the FBI, he says, "Lisi claims the CCP is working around the clock to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate American institutions and target our food supply." So, what do you think? Do you think that this is actually a failed CCP operation to corn casserole the American food supply or just two Chinese researchers working on a potential terrorism weapon and then just getting caught in between two countries that are got like a generational beef right now. Let me know. Moving on. Also this week talking about India they are attempting arguably the impossible. They are finally going to try and count one by one their population. And I say finally because they were supposed to do this all the way back in 2021. It is now 2025. But they have continuously continuously delayed it. And I do not blame them because after researching this I have come to the conclusion that carrying out a census in India is the most logistically complicated task in the world. Not only do they have to count an estimated 1.4 billion people, which is around 20% of the entire world's population, but to carry this out, it's going to cost nearly half a billion with a B dollars to do so. And for example, in 2011, when they had to do this, they needed 2.7 million officials just to conduct this census. Imagine getting all that data and putting it into one database. It sounds like a nightmare. the people just working on this 2.7 million that's a small country by itself and to illustrate how wild this is going to be. Not only is it taking years of planning just to start but it's also uh it's going to take 2 years to do they've set a due date for March 2027. Oh, and this isn't just like 1 2 3. This is like an indetail questionnaire about each person and it's going to include for the first time in like 94 years the cast system. Now, I'm not going to go into detail on that because it's very very complicated and complex, but it's a system, a centuries old system that is used to categorize Indians based on their occupation, birth and religion. And the problem with that is that like cast is still influencing a lot in India. It often affects who you can marry, what job you can get. So asking about it on record can stir up a lot of political issues and social tension. So yeah, it's not India's census is not just a headcount. It's a digital, political, and logistical beast. So, keep India in your prayers for the next few years because they are going to need it. Oh, and some other people that are going to need to be in your prayers are three sacrificial lambs. Oh, Alex, how have we got to the point where not only are we whipping our citizens, but we're taking bribes on a weekly basis now? Oh, we've become so corrupt. And I like it. Look, we have to keep the lights on. Look how many lights. One, two, three, four, five. We've got lights where you wouldn't even imagine. Look at this. Where you wouldn't even imagine. We need bribes to keep lights like this on. Things that you don't know go into this video. Subscribe to the channel. I'm going to get a new whip soon and you guys are going to cry. Also this week, if you live in one of these countries, you are now prohibited from entering the United States. Lot of immigration stuff this week. Hey, that is because Trump signed an executive order issuing a full travel ban on these 12 nations and a partial ban on seven more. The reason he gave was national security because quote we cannot have open migration from a any country where we simply cannot safely and reliably vet and screen. Now, I am very lucky that the UK was not on this travel ban list because, as I promised, I have, let me tell you something at the end of this video for the United States government because I heard, rumor has it, right, that you guys have a 250th birthday in like a couple of days, and I would like to be invited. Invite me to your party, please. Ah, don't you think it would be fun? I'd love I'll I'll bring cake. I'll bring a birthday hat. I'll dress to impress. But I do have a problem because why am I talking about it on here instead of just going like everyone else? Well, as you know, I am not part of a giant news conglomerate. You know, that's kind of the problem. And I'm also not signed up to a big management agency with industry connections. You have little fingers saying, "Oh, I know Trump's cousin. I can get you in there." No. But you know what I do have? I have the people. And the people, when the people unite, they are strong. Because let's be honest, who do we really want reporting on the largest military parade the US has ever seen? The Daily Mail. Look at them back there. Yuck. You disgust. Get out of here. Or do we want the news daddy empire? I need your help. If you know someone that can sneak me No, no, no. We're not doing any sneaking. I don't want to get deported. If you know someone that can very above board send me an invite so I can report on this America's birthday, that would be very much appreciated because think about how fun the videos could be. It could be amazing. And look, I didn't want to take it this far and like do threats and stuff, but [ __ ] I will. If that's where we need to go, guys, I will threaten you cuz I heard that China, they've got their little birthday party coming up soon and they're like 3,000. I bet I bet China uses the sheath. I bet America use the dag. No, sorry. This is getting too Okay. Sorry, guys. I don't I didn't mean to say that. America, please still invite me to your birthday party. Okay. I I won't buy a Huawei phone. I'll stick with iPhone. All right. But if you don't invite me, I will buy a Huawei phone. Okay. We probably should we probably should. Point is, guys, I need your help. That's the point. But with the begging out of the way, I think that is time to wrap this video up for the second time, actually, because I've recorded this video once before and it had no sound. And you have no idea how long I've been in this garage breathing black mold into my poor lungs. So if I die after this, you'll know why. Have a fantastic Monday. The beginning of the week is always the best, isn't it? Woo! I love you and I will see you on Wednesday.
