Summary of YouTube Video: "NO ONE EXPECTED THIS…"

Key Events and Developments Covered:

1. Charlie Kirk’s Memorial Service – A National Unity Moment

  • Thousands gathered at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, for Charlie Kirk’s memorial service — reportedly up to 200,000 people in attendance, with millions watching online.
  • The event drew government officials and presidential speeches, signaling a rare moment of unity across the American right.
  • Elon Musk was seen sitting alone initially, but later shook hands with Donald Trump at the event — a symbolic reconciliation after years of public tension.
  • Elon Musk previously suggested that Trump and himself reconciling would benefit the country — and it happened at Kirk’s memorial.
  • Charlie Kirk’s wife delivered a powerful speech forgiving the man who killed her husband, stating: "The answer to hate is not hate. I forgive him because it is what Christ did."
    • While some viewers found the message performative, especially from a non-American perspective, the sentiment of forgiveness over retaliation is seen as significant in today’s polarized world.
  • Trump, in contrast, said behind bulletproof glass: "I hate my opponent." — a statement that has sparked widespread backlash and is expected to go viral as a meme.
  • A final, emotional detail: Just before his death, Charlie Kirk DM’d CNN’s Van Jones, saying they were once in conflict, but on his last day, he reached out for dialogue and personal conversation, urging mutual respect and civil discourse.

2. Trump’s H-1B Visa Fee – A Major Blow to Tech & Innovation

  • President Trump signed an executive order imposing a $100,000 fee on H-1B visas for skilled foreign workers — a move that has sent shockwaves through the tech industry.
  • India accounts for over 70% of approved H-1B visas — far more than the rest of the world combined.
  • The H-1B visa was created in 1990 to attract highly skilled professionals (scientists, engineers, educators) with at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Since its inception, the program has contributed:
    • $86 billion annually to the U.S. economy
    • $35 billion in taxes per year
  • Critics argue that many of America’s top tech leaders (e.g., Elon Musk, Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Tesla) were once H-1B visa holders.
  • The U.S. government claims the program is being exploited by large companies (like Amazon, Apple, HP) hiring foreign workers at lower wages than Americans would accept.
  • However, the visa rules require employers to first hire domestic candidates — a key safeguard.
  • Controversy remains: Will this policy lead to:
    • More American jobs filled by Americans?
    • Or a decline in U.S. innovation and competitiveness?
  • Viewers are urged to share their thoughts in the comments.

3. Global Recognition of Palestinian Statehood

  • UK, Canada, Australia, and Portugal have officially recognized Palestine as a sovereign state.
  • France, Luxembourg, and Malta have announced plans to follow at the upcoming UN summit.
  • As of September 22, 2025, over 150 countries have recognized Palestinian territories as a state.
  • Israel has responded strongly, calling the recognition an "absurd prize for terrorism" and threatening retaliation.
  • Israel’s finance minister stated: "The only response is the annexation of the entire West Bank and the removal of the idea of a Palestinian state."
  • Despite being key allies, UK, Canada, and Australia are now facing diplomatic pressure from Israel.
  • UK Foreign Secretary Starmer stated: "The British mandate ended 77 years ago. Focus on the Islamic surge in the UK, not Israel."
  • U.S. position: Officials say recognizing Palestine "would reward Hamas" and that the U.S. will not support such recognition.
  • This issue is expected to dominate the UN Summit in New York, making it one of the top global talking points.

4. Venezuela’s Civilian Military Training – Escalating U.S.-Venezuela Tensions

  • Venezuela has ordered civilian military training in preparation for a potential U.S. attack.
  • This move is seen as a serious escalation of U.S.-Venezuela tensions.
  • The video notes that no American would want to fight civilians in such a scenario — raising concerns about the legitimacy and escalation of this military drill.
  • The situation is still developing and may signal a broader geopolitical shift.

Final Thoughts:

  • The video highlights unexpected, dramatic, and deeply emotional developments in U.S. politics, global diplomacy, and international relations.
  • Themes include:
    • Unity and forgiveness in the wake of tragedy
    • The cost of immigration policy on innovation and the economy
    • Global shifts in recognition of Palestinian statehood and their consequences
    • Rising tensions between nations, especially in the U.S.-Venezuela dynamic
  • The video concludes with a strong call for public engagement and reflection on how these events may shape the future of America and the world.

Oh, since we last spoke. Tom Holland has just been rushed to hospital, putting the Spider-Man shoot on hold. Venezuela is carrying out civilian military training in preparation for a US attack. A tweet Charlie Kirk posted 3 months ago just came true at his own memorial service. GTA is now being taught as a class in university. And for the first time ever, we will be getting a new story presented by Alex, the editor. Oh, the Empire's petitions are getting out of hand. But like the video if you're excited, as I am to see that. What a what a train wreck that will be. Let's stop the yapping and let's go. Rocking. Yeah, we can do that now. Okay, let's kick today off with this. Thousands upon thousands of people gathered for Charlie Kirk's memorial service yesterday, which not only had government officials and presidential speeches in it, but they also maxed out the stadium capacity. The State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, holds about 70,000 people. Turning Point USA said that so many people turned up that they were being turned away into overflow areas. An additional approximately 20,000 people watched from overflow zones and nearby grounds. In fact, some earlier estimates provided by law enforcement officials placed the attendance number at around 200,000. And that's in addition to the millions and millions watching online from around the world. And I think that's really one of the biggest takeaways from all of this. As you can see from some of these visuals, Charlie Kirk's assassination has brought people together from the right in ways I don't think we have seen in years. I mean, for a moment, it looks like Elon was one of the only ones who wasn't feeling the unity because he was seen sat completely alone in these stands and probably sending out some freaking tweets. But then, in a moment of redemption, we saw something honestly I didn't think we were going to see. A few hours later, Elon Musk goes up to Trump and he sits in the empty seat next to him and we see them shaking hands and making up. Hey yo, that is wild. Elon said that Trump was in the freaking Epstein files, yet they were still able, at least publicly, to squash their beef. The power at this event is crazy. In fact, Elon and the White House posted after with a picture of the two of them saying, "For Charlie." In fact, Troy tweeted a couple of months ago that it would be good for not only the country, but the world if the two of them reconcile. Little did he know that it would only happen at his own memorial. [Music] That's pretty deep. Someone else that hits pretty deep is actually the speech given by Charlie Kirk's wife because she said that she forgives the man who killed her husband and the father of her two children. She said, "My husband Charlie, he wanted to save young men just like the one who took his life. I forgive him because it is what Christ did. The answer to hate is not hate. Ah man, that I don't know. I'll be honest with you. If I was in that position, probably you the same. That would be really hard to do. I mean, yes, I have read the comments and a lot of them are saying this felt super performative. And I will also admit when I first watch it, I guess being non-American, I think that is the clinch in this. Americans are very per performative with the things that they do. And I guess as a non-American, it it did feel a little bit that way. But here's the point. Saying that kind of message, one would be very hard. But two, it is exactly what the world needs right now. Especially at an event like this, forgiveness over retaliation. So regardless of how she delivered it, the fact that she delivered it at all is the thing that matters. Now, Trump, however, bro, did not have that same approach. In fact, he straight up said behind a freaking bulletproof glass that he hates his opponent. Alex, run them the clip. >> He was a missionary with a noble spirit and a great great purpose. He did not hate his opponents. He wanted the best for them. That's where I disagreed with Charlie. I hate my opponent. and I don't want the best for them. I'm sorry. I am sorry, Erica. But now Erica can talk to me and the whole group and maybe they can convince me that that's not right. But I can't stand my opponent. >> Yeah, that's I'm telling you that's going to be a meme. Uh and the fact that he had to say that behind a freaking bulletproof glass given the It's wild. Oh, and also before we wrap this story up, this is a good note to end on. We're just finding out that right before Charlie was killed, he DM'd a CNN journalist, Van Jones, and what he said shocked him. >> Charlie Kirk and I were not friends um at all. Uh in fact, the last week of his life, we were beefing hard. Uh beefing online, beefing on air. But the day before he died, he did something that shocked me. He sent me a personal message calling for personal dialogue, wanting me to come on the show. He said we could be gentlemen together. He said we could deal with our disagreements agreeably. And in the past week and a half, just watching people talk about civil wars and censorship and all this stuff coming out of his death, I just thought it was important to let people know, don't put that on Charlie Kirk because the last day of his life, he was reaching out to have not more censorship, more conversation, more dialogue with somebody who honestly was one of his adversaries, me. And I just want to share that with the world. I hope that maybe it might help somebody on both sides deal with issues more like he did. So yeah, I guess where America goes from here is yet to be seen, but as always, keep you guys updated. Moving on. Okay, we're going to talk about this huge development over the weekend because the USA just dropped a metaphorical nuclear bomb on India. You see, right before the weekend kicked off, Trump signed an order that sent the tech industry into chaos. He announced a $100,000 fee for visas for skilled foreign workers. And if you look here, India represents over 70% of those approved visas. In fact, the entire rest of the world combined doesn't even make up close to what India does. Now, the one we're talking about in particular is the H1B visa. And it was created back in 1990 because there was a shortage of labor in America. And just to set the scene back then after George Bush signed it into law, he said that the program would encourage the immigration of exceptionally talented people such as scientists, engineers, and educators. And he said that because to be accepted on this visa, you need to hold either a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, or higher. And since then, the applications have been steadily growing. In fact, approvals for this visa peaked in 2022 when 442,000 applications were accepted in one year alone. But remember those on the H-1B visa, those individuals are educated and talented. In fact, they have the median wage of $118,000. Because of that, they contribute. In fact, they contribute $86 billion annually to the US economy and pay a combined $35 billion in taxes each year. However, Trump says there are some pretty big drawbacks that this visa program it's being taken advantage of. He says that Americans often lose out on good job opportunities because large American employers, I'm talking the likes of Amazon, HP, Apple. He accuses them of taking advantage of these visas to hire foreign workers who are willing to accept lower salaries, salaries that Americans would be like, nah, nah. And so he believes that if these employers now have to pay a h 100,000 to bring over a a skilled worker from India for example then it wouldn't really make any sense because it would be so expensive to bring them over. Why not just hire American? In fact, Trump has been thinking this way for a while. But this is the first time that he has actually implemented the $100,000 scheme. But it must be noted that not everyone agrees with Donald Trump. Many argue that some of America's best and brightest were once on these H-1B visas and then they turned out to be the CEOs of Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Tesla, I mean Elon Musk, CEO of multiple companies. Hell, actually thinking about it, the first lady of the United States of America was once on an H-1B visa. And not only that, but there's also the argument that many of these employers uh turn to these visas only because they cannot find skilled qualified American workers that would fit the same jobs. In fact, if you actually look at it, the visa stipulates that employers must attest that they have searched for qualified domestic candidates first. So, they are forced to look for American candidates first. Whether they do that to the finest degree is debatable, but at least they have to. But the question is in 5 years time, you know, once this is fully in the system, if it fully goes through, what do you see happening? More American jobs filled by Americans or a giant slump in US innovation and competitiveness? Let me know your thoughts in the comments. But for now, moving on. Also, more absolutely massive news over the weekend. The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Portugal have all officially recognized Palestine as a sovereign state. France, Luxembourg, and Malta have also announced plans that they will do the same at the UN summit over the next coming weeks. This means that as of the 22nd of September, 2025, more than 150 countries have officially recognized Palestinian territories as a state. Now, there's not only support for this. The backlash over the weekend has also been intense. In fact, Benjamin Netanyahu vowed a response to the countries who made this announcement. Now, he didn't exactly say how Israel would be responding, but he did say that these actions will quote endanger our existence and constitutes an absurd prize for terrorism, vowing that the international community will hear from us on this matter in the following days. Now, the UK also sent a message of their own as a push back, warning Israel to not retaliate against Palestinian statethood. Push. Israel's Minister of Defense said in a post, "There will never be a Palestinian state." Starmer, "The British mandate ended 77 years ago. You should focus on the Islamic surge in the UK, not on Israel." But here's the interesting part. Before these countries announced their recognition, Israel's official position was downplaying it, saying that it wouldn't really matter if they did or they didn't. But now these countries have actually gone ahead and made it official. Israel are lashing out in pretty severe ways. In fact, Israel's finance minister said the quote only response is the annexation of the entire West Bank and removing the foolish idea of a Palestinian state from the agenda once and for all. And this is despite the UK, Canada, and Australia being considered among Israel's closest allies. Now, America's position on this announcement is pretty much as you'd expect. >> You're rewarding people that you know you're rewarding Hamas if you do that. And I don't think they should be rewarded. So, uh, I'm not in that camp to be honest. We'll let you know where we are in, but I am not in that camp because if you do that, you really are rewarding Hamas >> and I'm not about to do that. >> Now, what's even more interesting is that this will come at a time where all of these countries will have to be together at the UN summit happening in New York right now. So, I imagine this is going to be the top talking point of the entire week. And of course, I'll keep you updated on what happens. Moving on. Oh, also, this one was just so wild when I saw it and made me think the Venezuela US conflict is starting to get a bit out of hand because this weekend on Saturday, President Majuro, he ordered a day of military training for civilians in the event of an attack by America. And yes, you're watching that clip. No American person that hypothetical situation is going to want to fight individuals like that. That is not ideal. We got freaking grandmas being part of this. Now soldiers were teaching volunteers in groups of 30s how to handle weapons, wear masks, apply basic first aid, and even they even handed out unloaded unloaded firearms. But still, and this is all while the president Majuro, he went out uh to speak with rural workers in the Arabwa region and he called on millions to be prepared to take up arms and defend the country if they were attacked. Now, I don't see a reason why America would actually do a ground invasion, but it is 2025. And it doesn't stop there because Venezuela also held major military drills for 3 days straight deploying thousands of troops and they said they are doing this in response to US military activity in the region. Now uh talking about that uh US military activity in the region not only had they deployed a bunch of warships and troops about 4,000 but they also now carried out a third strike on these drug smuggling boats in the Caribbean. And boy, those videos of them are brutal. Anyway, let me know what your guys' thoughts are in the comments, as always. Moving on. Also, this weekend, oh, we got some of the craziest news. GTA 6 will now be taught as a university class starting in January. How the hell are we getting courses about GTA before GTA 6? I I don't think anything is going to happen after GTA 6. I think that's when the world ends. Now, this history GTA class is going to be taught by the University of Tennessee. And the full title of the course is Grand Theft America: US history since 1980 through the GTA V video games. And it will be taught by an actual history professor named to C. Olsen. And bro isn't messing around. He's this isn't some joke to him. In fact, he says that he wants to quote establish this as a serious college class that will handle weighty and difficult topics like which strip club to go to. No, but for real, he says that he takes the GTA's fictional representation of the United States along with its characters and its urban rural landscapes very seriously, and he'll be using it as a framing device for a serious history class that examines what's actually taking place in the United States over the last half century. Did he mention that he is serious? And the crazy part is is that this isn't even his first time doing it. In fact, last year, Bro taught a Red Dead Redemption class. This man needs a raise. And he's doing this because he believes that the students interest and ability to soak up complicated information is higher during these kind of classes because they are actually emotionally present. Bro, people are going to be graduating with a bachelor of Grand Theft Auto. A bachelor in Grand Theft Auto is crazy. I think that is our signal to move on. Also, over the weekend, Tom Holland has been rushed to hospital. And don't you dare judge me when I say this. You'll understand why, but this is a good thing. Okay? This is a good thing. I don't want to wish pain on him, but it's good. Just hear me out. So, last night, we got reports that he smacked his head against I I don't know, the something, the wall, the floor. Who knows when you're upside down and spinning around. But that also got him concussed. And this is while he was filming a stunt for the new Spider-Man. And the thing is, it wasn't just Tom Holland. In fact, a very professional stunt performer was also hospitalized. First of all, it was, "Oh, you know, damn, that's that sucks. You know, I hope he gets better soon." But then that sadness turned into elation because it got me thinking, hold up for a second. They're going hard for this one. Cuz not only are the stunts seemingly going to be amazing, but remember they're actually filming all of this in the real world again because the Spider-Man 3 that we got that was filmed all in a sound stage because of COVID with green screens. So yeah, couldn't be more hyped for this. And don't worry for those of you thinking, he was in hospital for a few hours and even attended a charity dinner uh the next night with his father and his fianceé Zena. Uh, but he did leave early a little bit because he was feeling a bit ill, but I believe he is fine. They'll start filming again in a couple of days. Damn, we about to get a crazy Spider-Man. Moving on. Oh, and then for our last story, we are rounding out this episode with the first ever in history news story from Alex, the editor. This is the result of a petition in Friday's episode, which picked up far too much support for Alex's liking. No, seriously. I I have heard the audio messages to me. I can hear the fear in his voice of doing this. Which is so crazy because bro is a giant 6 foot something bearded warrior that collects axes and shoots crossbows and then when he has to do a news presentation, brother crumbles. How? But look, let me put your mind at ease, Alex. We are a supportive, loving community. We are a safe space that wants blood. Run the story. >> Well, thanks to Mango Man Eats and his small army of petitioners, I've been called way out of my comfort zone to present news to what like half a million people completely unqualified. Thank you, Mangu Man. Thank you. However, I do believe in uh serving the empire and democracy, though I shall do what is required of me. But let me preface this by saying that delivering lines eloquently and confidently is a skill that I do not have and Dylan is a master of. So the contrast in this is going to be um palpable. And I know I leave mistakes in now and again for you to laugh at with Dylan's content, but it's it's more there just to keep him humble. You know what I mean? He's too pretty to not be humbled. Anithanotist Anith an every time Dylan sends me a video I'm amazed at how well he delivers the lines um and maintains composure. It's something I I admire but um I know my limits. Um so well done to villain Dylan Villain Villain Page, that's his new name. Anyway, I'll do my best. So the story I chose is a couple of months old. Um and the Supreme Leader overlooked it, but I do feel that he would want to know about this. So, the Guardian newspaper posted, "Researchers have given people a taste of superhuman vision after creating contact lenses that allow them to see infrared light, a band of electromagnetic spectrum that is invisible to the naked eye. Unlike Nike vision goggles, the contact lenses need no power source. And because they are transparent, wearers can see infrared and see all normal visible colors of light at the same time. So, basically, contact lenses that let you see in the dark. Now, this is something that's in development. It's not a real thing yet, but we have phones that can connect to the other side of the planet. So, I imagine at some point in human advancements, this will be a real thing. And the reason I chose this story is because there's so many applications, good and bad, that it's pretty fascinating. In fact, it's sort of like a Pandora's box because once it becomes widely available and you can't put it back in the box, the uh pros and cons will be crazy to deal with because the article continues by saying that the studies for this paper were performed on mice who had a solution who had a solution version of this injected into their eyeballs. So, we have flat eyeballs in this show and now we have stabbed nighttime eyes. And then this nightmare continued for the mice because I quote, "Their infrared vision improved when they close their eyes because eyelids block visible light more than infrared. So, there was less visible light to interfere, which means when they close their eyes, they can still see. They can see in the dark, which really disturbed me because, you know, when things get bad, you can just close your eyes and and hope for the best. But the mice can't even do that. I mean, they can't even sleep. Their brain's still taking in data through their eyelids as if they're awake. And then if you imagine that on a human being, that would suck, too. Also, while reading the paper, I did wonder how they managed to figure out how the mice were seeing through their eyelids with their eyes closed. That doesn't make much sense. But then, if you actually go to the paper, the answer is really boring. Um, and if you're bored or autistic like me, you can you can read that and find out. And in the spirit of giving you guys an unbiased uh review of this story by looking at the good and the bad, I tried to find a balanced perspective. So for the negative side, I went immediately to Reddit, obviously. And honestly, the forum got to a point where people were arguing about the definition of light spectrums, whether or not these could or could not be used to torture people. And someone was even arguing with someone that claimed to be blind. Reddit really is where people just go to vent their trauma. So after that depressing read, I went to YouTube for the positive side of things and found a guy called Dr. eye health who broke down elegantly and confidently the opposite of this recording. All the reasons why night vision and contact lenses would be a good thing. And it's funny cuz I understand that he's extremely qualified from his bio, but it also just looks like a cat walked across his keyboard. Anyway, he got me thinking about the positive applications for night vision contact lenses and being able to navigate the world in the dark as normal without a power source needed for your new night vision eyes. And I think by far the best application would be search and rescue because being able to navigate tough terrain in the dark or low light or even fog would be a gamecher and drastically increase the savability of people that are lost or marooned in the wild. And then the obvious choice would be the military application too. However, they those guys already have some pretty decent tech when it comes to night vision goggles like thermal vision. They've got everything. Infrared, everything. The military have everything already. The industrial war machine does not go without. However, being able to see through your eyelids while they're closed would make you feel probably a little bit safer on the battlefield when you're having a snooze. And for me personally, like home invasion scenario would be pretty cool to see in the dark. I also thought that people with insomnia might find these things handy cuz they could just exist as like a completely different type of person that just exists at night and does night things instead of normal people that are awake in the day and they can go unhindered doing nighttime stuff with night vision eyes and it would be pretty normal. But then that's kind of where it hit me that that would be the cost normalizing seeing and night. You know the corporal sociopaths would have people working on minimum wage in pitch black warehouses. You know, they're not going to give them contact lenses cuz it will be too expensive. They'll just give them the onetime procedure of stabby night eyes. And then people will be working all day, all night, forever. It would be an industrial hellscape forever. Because if it became normal for human beings to be able to see both in the day and night, then people will just always want stuff. And if people always want stuff, there will always be people there to give them stuff, which means people will be employed to be around the night to serve production and consumption all day, every day, every night, forever. Even Dylan, the supreme leader, you would have me editing through the night. We don't do bedtime. That's Boomer Talk. We work through the night now. We work with our eyes closed. Dylan would be in the gym lifting weights all night and then doing news all day. He would get bigger than daddy and all. And then everyone that works in New Daddy would be forced to get stabby night eyes in the interest of productivity. And in conclusion, I think it would be kind of cool to see in the dark. However, if everyone could see in the dark, you you no longer have an advantage and it's just like a normal thing that everyone has. It would open the floodgates to like maximum commercialism and no one would ever have any downtime or rest. Anyway, I think it was a pretty cool story despite my terrible presentation skills. I do apologize that you had to enjoy this if you watched this far. It is the 2,00 people that petition's fault and mostly Mango Man eats and Dylan himself who really pushed for this. I did try to cancel it and um you know save everyone from enduring probably the most boringly presented story uh in New Study history. But what do you think? Do you think humanity would benefit from seeing in the dark or do you think it would just collectively contribute to the downfall of our species? put it in the comments and uh in the next petition, please, for the love of God, pick on Dylan, not me. I already have to work like nine days a week editing these videos to go out and they're not even on time. So, throw in recordings and these aren't going out on time ever again. But regardless of how awkward and awful this was, thank you for watching, for supporting, and if you subscribed, for subscribing, and if you haven't subscribed, what are you doing? And hopefully now I will just remain behind the screen doing what I'm good at, the editing side. Okay, now I have no idea what the story was about, how it went, or nothing. In fact, I will be watching that story that you just saw for the first time with you because remember, Alex puts these out. So, don't know to whether to congratulate you, Alex, or shame, shame, shame. But yeah, what do we think? Uh, another petition ticked off the Empire's list. We're going to have to stop doing these. He's getting out of hand. But that is all from us today. Have a great start to the week. Uh, I will see you on Friday. No episode on Wednesday. I'll explain more um soon. But really, get get your filler on this episode cuz you you're not getting a Wednesday one. All right. Have a great week, guys. See you on Friday. Woo. [Music] Oh, since we last spoke, [Music] great start. Saying that it would be good for the country and for the world if the two re recons
