let's talk about it is it strange there's one group of people saying they wouldn't care less who proposes and we're all just following meaningless gender rooll constructs created by society and then you got everyone else men of course are many of them are saying that they wouldn't like that especially publicly but then there is also women which actually when hearing this I didn't even think about the women's woman's perspective how silly of me you se but they are saying how embarrassing would it be if their boyfriend took that long to propose that they actually had to do it themselves so women wouldn't really like to have to propose men wouldn't really like to have to be proposed too so and then there's the other group so I'd love to ask the question everyone in an actual relationship single people like just we don't care about your opinion here just um focus on not dying alone for I'm joking that is a joke okay God um my question is to everyone in a relationship single people if you want to chime in just because I made that joke you can girls would you care if you had to propose to your boy friend and guys would you care if she proposed to you actually uh Alex is in a pretty we'll see basically showing all of the changes that they're making to the company following all of the extremely hot controversy that is still continuing that he's been in you know recently now I'm not going to read you the whole thing word for word bar for bar because it's very corporate but that's the kind of General point of this they're pretty much having to shift from a you a regular business that puts out YouTube videos to a corporate conate that produces media for the masses and with all of the the red restrictions and regulations that that comes with they're shift into that so couple key points it's just to give you the Vibes to start off we will be instituting hiring a new Chief Human Resources officer HR hm don't know one person that loves HR when you think of HR just think of Toby right how much Michael Scott hated Toby that's what they're doing with the side note being we are bringing in a new seasoned leadership to help us build a more inclusive environment and a worldclass HR team World Class woo mandatory training which includes the mandatory training sessions on safety for all staff sexual harassment lgbtq diversity sensitivity training and workplace conduct for all employees if this is not straight out of the Playbook of every major corporation I don't know what is they've also got there implementing listening sessions sorry I'm this is stand this has to be done like I laugh but this like if we were down to the nitty and gritty of this we all agree with this we all would want to work in a company that has all of these because the alternative is what he's getting in trouble for now okay so I laugh but I agree they'll basically have people in the company to directly hear from employees about their experiences and ideas for improvement they're Anonymous reporting anyone that wants to basically snitch on someone else in the best way possible right uh they can do that without any concerns actually which is the whole reason he's got into trouble in the first place uh making that whole video with that other guy dog pack Alex is showing you right now he get the point and uh an external review they're engaging independent firms to conduct a thorough review of their policies and practices and uh to implement changes so yeah basically hearing all of this you're thinking that's all of that is great right yes it genuinely is the only drawback of that is not for the people who work there not for just basic human working rights but for us the demons that consume the content that they put out because the bigger a company gets and the more controversy they've been in the more rigid they become you know like small little startups like Mr Beast was not long ago they move fast they break things they experiment they innovate not just because they pretty much have nothing to lose but also and you this is I'm not saying it's a positive thing but they don't have to worry about all of the red tape to have to go through like HR or listening sessions for example and that's mostly because usually when you start up a company there's a small group of people that are really centered really directly around that goal that mission of what you're doing is amazing I mean I'll use my myself as an example I work Alex to the Bone but because he's so Central to the mission of building the new daddy Empire he's happy to do it and obviously because I pay him but mostly the first one but if Alex was just let's say one of 100 editors that I had he's not close enough to the central mission that he would do things out of just the love and the passion for it he's just worrying about the paycheck and so if I was sending him the amount of content that I was sending him he too would probably make a video and said I worked for news Daddy he is is a a an authoritarian leader big companies aren't often the ones that innovate it's the small Scrappy ones with zero red tape to have to cut through that you know produce some of the most amazing things and I mean let's be honest it was inevitable that Mr Beast would get here regardless of the controversy I just think that it probably accelerated it and let me just reiterate this is a good thing you know for for the company and maybe maybe it won't change his content but maybe it will so we'll just have to wait and see oh and it's definitely not over because the person that started all of this stuff about the stuff in the workplace yeah well he just posted a part two about all of this and judging on the title boy is it's going to it's going to be a wild one the influencers are becoming their soldiers you see typically in the past presidential candidates with sit down with a journalist who would you know Grill them about policy and that's how we would learn what they stand for you know who they are or if they wanted to appeal to a broader audience in a more natural and Casual way they would usually go on TV shows you know like The Tonight Show or Saturday Night Live all of which had to maintain you know a pretty PG or professional setting due to broadcast regulations which we don't really have on YouTube but we'll get to that and so you flip over into 2024 and boy are we seeing a very different situation you got Donald Trump sitting down with people like the nek boys which you know I love but let's be honest their content can't even be monetized on YouTube due to its nature very different from broadcasting he also went on Logan Paul's podcast which I don't even have to mention all of the controversy that he's been in in the past and currently is in the future just follows him and then most recently and I just want everyone to take a second just to realize how insane this is but 78-year-old Donald Trump walked into a pick live stream with Aiden Ross who we you should know by now uh to the track many men by 50 Cent he then gets gifted a wrapped cyber truck with pictures of him almost getting assassinated and then uh they do the Trump dance together what the hell is going on this is the former and potential future president of one of the most powerful countries in the world now look at that 20 24 is crazy and do not get me wrong this was extremely successful Trump posted a picture saying that it accumulated a staggering 100 million views so far you think you can get that on the tonight's show don't think so and here's the thing it's not just Trump yesterday Kat claimed that the secret service called him five times imagine imagine getting spam called by the Secret Service they said that an unnamed presidential candidate wanted to do a stream with him for their upcoming presidential campaign now the rumor is that it was CA Harris we don't know that for sure unconfirmed reports uh which even baffled kaisen at himself he said he doesn't know [ __ ] about politics why him and that was kind of where journalists came in cuz they they understood politics but anyway now we have Aiden Ross and kaad uh you've also got two individuals coming out posting screenshots which which they claim to be evidence that the Harris campaign is paying influencers up to $20,000 to attend her events and post about it online that's pretty crazy if true you got Megan the stallion twerking at political rallies CA Harris that's unbeliev I never thought I'd see that you got Tik Tok creators doing the coconut dance uh which is a basically remixes of one of Harris's political speeches Tik tocker dancing to political speeches another Wild Thing both presidential candidates joined Tik Tok this year and uh they've already got countless edits of them going viral with hundreds of millions of views I'm not exaggerating uh combined wild and you see here's the thing for presidential candidates it's not just that you can get more exposure on social media it's that you can also get it infinitely cheaper than traditional methods but as amazing as that sounds there's a catch there's a pretty big one if they want to get exposure on the internet they have to play by the internet's rules or it just doesn't work which is exactly why the current president of the United States couldn't even break a million followers on Tik Tok before he shut it down and you see that one rule that the internet has is things have to be engaging internet is all about engagement and as of right now that seems to mean twerking at political rallies or wrapped cyber trucks and I don't know is that a bad thing is this a degenerate culture that we are fostering and even world leaders are now getting in on or is it good because that's actually a way where young people can actually get involved in politics and does it connect with people in a real way yes whats and all that the TV never could I don't know let's see it in the comments but we should move on all right let's do some Rapido fire it is now being reported that these two astronauts that have been stuck in space since I think June or July well yeah they could be there until 2025 keep in mind they were only supposed to be up there for 8 days now thank you Boeing uh that 8 day mission is turning into 8 months potentially so already they've missed their entire summer but now they're facing the prospect of spending Christmas up there that would be weird uh and also New Years imagine watching the fireworks from space now I'm thinking about it I'm sure they they're not it's not ideal to be stuck up there but also at the same time kind of a flex anyway if you're wondering how are they surviving do they have enough food and supplies well on that note earlier this week NASA used a SpaceX rocket that's kind of a a little bit of a dig to Boeing we don't want to use you okay we're using SpaceX and they sent up more Food Supplies to the International Space Station including extra clothes for the two astronauts showering how do you shower there cuz the water just flies around doesn't it Alex can you play a clip somehow cuz I think we I'd like to said that the chemical substances had been found in a search of the home of the 19-year-old boy and they had also found that he had pledged allegiance to the radical jihadist Islamic State group and posted about it on telegram early in July he also said that he stole the chemicals from a former employer a local metal working firm all to build a b and they also reported that he had planed to plow a car into a crowd outside the stadium and also considered using machetes and knives what the hell the police stormed these suspects home in the early hours of Wednesday morning and they briefly evacuated 100 100 people in the area so well freaking done Austrian police you stopped a very very horrific thing but talking about horrific stuff the riots in England have got oh it's so hot now the riots in England have got so bad that the UK's second largest News Network discussed the idea this morning of banning social media during the unrest wild so here's what's going on multiple countries have now put Travel warnings on their citizens visiting the UK little did I think that that was going to be a thing in 2024 travel warning on the UK what the hell uh including Thailand Nigeria Australia Malaysia India and Indonesia members of the British Parliament have been told to consider not coming in and working from home the first group of people arrested for getting involved in the riots appeared in court yesterday the oldest was almost 70 while the youngest was only 14 years old 100 people out of the 400 arrested so far have been charged the director of public prosecutions uh warned influencers not just in the UK but around the world if anyone contributes to or Stokes the violence online his teams will go as far as considering extraditing them to the UK to face criminal charges if necessary they said No One Is Safe what the flip workplaces have been boarding up and shutting down and warning employees to stay at home and as for Banning Social Media well that idea was presented on Good Morning Britain or which is belonging to ITV one side argument that the spread of misinformation and disinformation on social media was fueling this virant so safety has to be put first and shutting it down if it it's for for a few days should be necessary while the other side said that you can't deal with this whole situation by shutting down conversation and free speech and
