Oh, since Willa spoke, the United States government has shut down. Diddy has been sentenced. And you won't believe how long they gave. Bro, Speed has officially made YouTube history. There is a new social media app that could literally change the course of tech history. Young Philly is back and he is posting some very strange things online. And just like Young Philly, well maybe not just like Young Philly, but the Supreme Leader is also back. And boy, do I have some housekeeping to get to. All of that and so much more. Subscribe to the channel if you happy to see me back in my8s strip club garage. And let's just stop the yapping, shall we? Oh, the wick is back. Let's stop the yapping and let's get off. Okay, we got to start today with this because holy hell, Speed has officially made history. After 35 days of traveling across America, streaming non-stop for over 800 hours through 28 states and dozens of cities, Speeds US Tour has finally wrapped, bro. And the numbers are just insane. In just the last month, Speed's YouTube channel got over 247 million views. It grew by over 2.1 million subscribers. And not just that, but his Twitch also got 8 million hours watched as well as 900,000 new subs. And he did all of this from his insane custom bus, which was rumored to cost around $300,000. At the end, he even rewarded his bus driver who drove him all across America with a $50,000 Rolex. >> You guys are awesome. >> My god. >> You're awesome, Mike. >> Mike Mazki. >> And if you think that's a lot, well, the tour production itself alone cost over $1 million. But here's the part which I found the craziest. After, you know, streaming non-stop, even while he was sleeping for 800 hours, you'd think at the end of that he'd be like, "All right, let's just take a break." and we wouldn't see him for a while. But no, you're going to be seeing a lot more of Speed from today onward because on the very last day of his tour, he announces and goes to the premiere of a new series called Speeds Speed Goes Pro. This is where he tests his athletic capability with a bunch of professional athletes like Tom Brady, Randy Orton, etc. So, what that means is that before his tour started, the US tour, he would have had to film an entire professional series. Also, he could release more content while potentially taking a break after this. Just insane. I feel tired listening to this. People are already saying that this was the tour which set the standard for all time. So, the question is, does Speed win streamer of the year for this or not? I mean, the other one up there could be Kaisen, but I I don't think I don't think his mafia thon comes close to a freaking IRL country nationwide stream. But let me know your thoughts in the comments. Who deserves streamer of the year for 2025? Moving on. Okay, boys. Major breaking news to interrupt this with. We are just moments away from finding out how many years Diddy is being sentenced to in prison. But here's a little bit of a problem because I've been on this live stream for 8 and 1/2 hours now and they still have not reached a verdict and I need to get some sleep otherwise I carry out executions and not whipping. But it doesn't really matter actually because I'm pretty sure we know how many years he's going to get. So leading up to today, Diddy was actually begging the judge for mercy saying he had lost his way. He actually wrote a four-page letter to this judge saying that he is sorry for all of the hurt and pain that he has caused. He said that my domestic violence will always be a heavy burden that I will have to carry forever. Uh that he got lost in the drugs and the excess and that he's been humbled and broken to his core. He said, quote, "The old me died in jail and the new version of me was reborn." It was It's sounding like a freaking like a movie or some [ __ ] Anyway, his lawyers are essentially making the case that he is very remorseful and they are pushing for only 14 months in jail, which he served like about 12. So, he would only have about 2 months left. Uh, it would be time served. Uh, and if they get, you know, their way, then Diddy will be out in a couple months, which would be pretty crazy. But the prosecution, they are push pushing for him to serve at least 11 years, at least 11 years in prison because they argue that Diddy is not sorry at all. This is all an act. That Diddy would pose a danger at any age and that a lighter sentence would only let him get away with years and years of abuse. Now, the judge, the judge has already pretty much said uh that the advisory guidelines suggest a sentencing of around 6 to 7 years in prison and that he sees no reason to deport the sentencing guidelines. So, probably by the time you're watching this, Alex can put the number right here. This is how many years Diddy is getting to into jail. That's his sentence. Um I'm pretty sure it's about six to seven. I don't see any reason. Otherwise, it's going to be a major shock and I'm going to wake up with my jaw on my lap. Um, and it'll be pretty crazy. But what do you guys think? Um, do you think that diddy deserved more years in jail, less years in jail? Were you surprised by it? I mean, I'll wake up in the morning and find out, I guess. Um, moving on. Also talking about someone who is receiving the diddy treatment from the internet right now. Young Philly. Uh, he's back in the UK. Boy, is he posting some bizarre stuff on social media right now. So, about 3 weeks ago, he was actually granted permission to travel home to the UK for the first time since he was arrested and charged with uh sexual assault in 2024. Now, he has been on bail in Perth ever since probably about a year, I would say, all while waiting for this court date. Uh and in that time he's actually been charged with two additional new counts of penetration without consent in 2025 for a separate incident. So kind of mounting up. But I do need to say he has plead not guilty to everything. He will however have to return back to Australia in January about the 7th and then he'll submit his passport to authorities the following day. Now, since he's been back at his home, uh, instead of just staying silent, uh, which would probably be, I guess, preferable, he's actually returned to social media, but because, you know, I think one of his conditions of his bail was to not be able to address any of the court case uh, online to social media following, he's kind of being forced to just ask like really random questions like, "Does the curly hair suit me?" And looking at this picture, my first thought was, "Okay, curly hair suit me. Fair enough. But why is bro going to do it wet or sweaty? I don't even know what that is. Because he's just asking for the comments to be wild. And wild they were. Oh my god. The first one is an abomination. They said good grip for the jail man. The internet is undefeated. Someone else said that's the least of your worries, pal. My friend said it makes it look like you did what they said you did. Ah, too early, bro. Stay hidden a bit longer. Fair. Now, he's also posted other random things like saying he is the best at War Zone, uh, which people reply to like, "Un, we who plays War Zone anymore?" And then also, uh, it gets even stranger because he's posted a number of videos and pictures of his feet. Um, and with how random all of these things are, it's kind of feeling like he's trying to tell us something without being able or allowed to tell us something. Like, what is the combination? Curly hair, war zone, bare feet. [Music] I don't know. I've never liked puzzles. If you figured it out, put it in the comments if there's any meaning at all. Now, he is currently on a $200,000 bail, and all of his electronic devices must have location services switched on at all times while he is in the UK. Um, that's pretty much all we know uh about his case. Look on his Snapchat for updates, I guess, if you dare. Uh, moving on. Also, this week, we got an entirely new social media app, but everything on there is 100% fake, and it is going to be a copyright nightmare. It's called Sora 2. It was created by OpenAI, the company behind Chat GBT. Uh, and basically just think Tik Tok or Instagram, you know, with this endless swiping of videos, but there's a couple of twists. There is no option to upload videos or photos from your camera roll. And the only way to upload content is to create it on the app using OpenAI's video generation model. So, if you haven't put two and two together by now, every single video for the first time ever on this app will be entirely AI generated. Not a single video will be real. Now, to do this, you'll need to basically create your own hyperrealistic AI avatar. And what you do is it's kind of like a little passport scan or some [ __ ] You like you put your phone up, you get the whole face in, turn it left and right, and then speak a few words, and then bam, you got an AI clone. But that's a pretty wild thing to get your head around because unlike other apps like Tik Tok for example, it gets pretty hard to distinguish and you have to check is this AI? Is this real? And every single day it gets harder to decipher that equation. So Open AI said let's just create a social media. Well, you never have to ask that question again because everything is fake. Nothing is real. Now the app is currently only available in the US and Canada and it's by invite only. But when it is fully released to the public, boy is it going to have some hurdles to jump over us, ones that you don't even really think about. The first is copyright since everything on this app will be an entirely new creation based on something that is existing and is real currently. So for example, public figures, celebrities or just anyone's likeness, uh they cannot be used until those people, let's say Dylan Page for example, it cannot be used until I upload my own AI person to this Sora app and give my permission, bro. And with videos like these, giving the permission, the internet the permission to use your likeness to however they see fit, that is something you really got to think about. And because once you give it away, that's not something you can take back. It's theirs. And I believe I've heard something about like every time someone uses your likeness to create a video of you, that person then gets a notification. So yeah, it's pretty crazy. Now, OpenAI is already, you know, kind of rejigging a little workaround of all of this because they're telling copyright owners such as television and movie studios, that they must opt out of having their work appear in the video feed, otherwise it's opt in. And I mean, the app isn't even fully out yet. And Disney, one of the world's largest studios, they've already opted out. They said, "Nah, we don't want to be in this >> corn casserole." >> Regardless though, this is a very interesting post. So, quote, it says, "Sora 2 tends to copy actual songs from major IPs, even without being prompted. And the music industry isn't known for leaving things unresolved without multi-million dollar lawsuits, and I would argue multi-billion dollar lawsuits." Now, OpenAI's response to this earlier this year, they actually pressed the Trump administration to declare that training AI models on copyrighted material should fall under the fair use provision in copyright law. They argued that it wasn't just a matter of American competitiveness, that it was actually a matter of national security. They said, "Let us use your work to train our models, or else China, they're going to get ahead and then the world is going to become communist." In fact, Open AI, they're already getting slammed by this. They're fighting a series of lawsuits over alleged uh copyright infringements. most notably the one where they're getting sued by the New York Times for allegedly training their models off of the papers work. This is also a very interesting post. Now, I can't verify it for myself cuz I'm not in the US. Don't have an invite either. According to this post on Twitter, uh he says, Paul says, "If you want to try and delete your Sora app account, you will lose your ChatBT account and will be banned forever from signing up again." Damn. Oh, and get ready for a lot more social media apps like this because just last week, Meta introduced a new feed and it's a Meta AI app called Vibes. Terrible name, which is basically dedicated exclusively to creating and sharing short AI, basically like Tik Tok AI videos. And then also earlier this month, Google announced that it was integrating a custom version of its latest video generation model V3 into YouTube. So, after all of this, what do you guys think? Is there a future where certain social media apps are exclusively AI generated and we actually use that or is this just a little cheeky trend that will die out very soon? Let me know your thoughts. Moving on. Also guys, just as before I started recording this, it's happening again and people are furious. Protests in several cities around the world have broken out after the flotilla, which is trying to bring aid into Gaza, was intercepted by Israel. and also many of the activists on board including Greta Thumbberg, uh Nelson Mandela's grandson, they have all been detained. Now, Israel say that they are planning to deport them back home, saying in a post that they're all good, they're safe in good health. But because the flotilla was intercepted in international waters, it has been called by many a violation of international law. Every single boat was intercepted apart from one, which when you're probably watching this, they've all probably now been intercepted, using things like water cannons, cutting off their communications, and one boat was apparently even rammed. Almost all of the activists have been detained, which is into the hundreds. And as expected, this has triggered a huge global reaction, especially since the flotilla's only stated mission was to peacefully deliver aid into Gaza. Spain called it a crime against international law. Pakistan's prime minister called it a disasteredly attack. Turkey's foreign minister said it was an act of terror. And there also protests in several cities across the world have broken out. We're talking Brussels, Athens, Bonazeries, Berlin, and most prominently cities in Italy where crowds chanted, "Let's block everything." Now, Israel claimed that they warned the flotilla to turn back and that they were entering a war zone and violating a lawful blockade. They also said that they were happy to transfer any aid to Gaza themselves, which I don't imagine many people would be very happy with. But let me know what your guys' thoughts are on the situation. I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, moving on. Also, this week, there was a terrorist attack on a Jewish synagogue on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar. Now, this happened in the UK in Manchester, right, as large numbers of Jewish people were attending synagogues for Yam Kapoor. Now, eyewitnesses describe a man driving his car towards members of the public, ramming them, and then he apparently got out and proceeded to attack multiple people with a knife. Now, he was trying to get into the synagogue itself when police showed up. It's worth noting how quickly they turned up as well. Reports say that they arrived within 7 minutes of being called. Now, when they did, videos online show bystanders filming this whole situation, uh, saying that he's got bombs strapped to him. And this is when the suspect refuses to listen to the police and they open fire on him. Now, the attacker has been identified as 35-year-old Jihad Al-Shami, a British citizen of Syrian descent. And also since then, three other people have been arrested as well on suspicion of preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism. Now, the attacker also looked like he had a number of explosives strapped to his waist and the police even said, "Get back. He's got a bomb." But once police investigated further, they said that the device that he was wearing was quote not viable. Now, as for the victims, two Jewish men have been killed and three others remain in hospital. All of them suffered stab or vehicle wounds. Another thing that's just breaking right before I got into the studio was that one of the men who died had bullet wounds. And this was apparently from when the police tried to shoot at the attacker. It went through the door and hit one of the people inside the synagogue. They also said a second person who was in hospital also had wounds that were consistent with a gunshot wound, but that injury wasn't lifethreatening. Now, Kiar, he headed back to the UK early uh to hold an emergency meeting. He ordered additional police assets to be deployed at synagogues across the country, saying that the individual attacked Jews because they are Jews and attacked Britain because of our values. He also said that this is not a new hatred, but one that is rising once again and Britain must defeat it once again. Now, this is still a developing situation, so I'll keep you guys updated as we know more. But for now, moving on. Also, this week, the US government shut down for the first time in nearly 7 years. And as I'm recording this, 3 days in, it is still shut. Now, I'm not going to yap for too long about this subject because it's all we've been hearing about for the last seven freaking days. Now, essentially Republicans and Democrats, they've been beefing on that floor and they simply cannot agree on a temporary funding bill that funds all of the government services. Right? Meaning without that funding, the government cannot legally spend any money. Meaning roughly 800,000 uh federal employees who get paid by the government are now being furoughed. They uh kicking up them feet at home. Uh well, I don't know, maybe some of them are, but for all of those government employees, which are essential and [ __ ] doesn't run if they just don't turn up, well, they have to still turn up to work, but unpaid. Now, uh they they will get a back pay in the future once they are allowed, the government's allowed to spend money again, but still pretty damn crazy. Now, economically, the White House warns that the US may lose between 7 and 15 billion in GDP per freaking week if the government shutdown continues along with 43,000 additional unemployed individuals over a month. Now, we're not expecting it to last that long, but we'll get to that. The judiciary announced that it can continue regular operations through to about October the 17th, but beyond that, only essential court work will continue after that. Uh that's pretty insane. CISA, the cyber security agency, they have furled a large portion of uh their personnel, which poses a pretty significant risk at a sensitive time for the infrastructure defense. Any cyber attackers out there, you didn't hear that. The US is strong as ever. Okay. And they're also border protection, law enforcement staff, immigration, and customs enforcement, a ICE, in hospital medical care, and air traffic control workers. They are all expected to operate as usual. those those are the uh essential ones. Now, as for how long this is going to be before it reopens up again, we have no idea. But currently uh everyone says or at least the reports say there's no end in sight. The they just cannot agree on right now. So essentially it's fingers crossed for sometime early next week. So enjoy your weekend with the government shutdown. Now if you're wondering how long could this possibly go on for? Well, the longest shutdown in US history was in 2018 and it lasted for 34 days. So hopefully we're not in any record-breaking moods cuz [ __ ] would get pretty bad. But you you probably don't even remember that one that lasted 34 days. You you're here to tell the tale, so we'll be fine, won't we? Moving on. Also, two major American corporations are getting cancelled. We're talking Netflix and Microsoft at the same time. I guess Disney can finally take a break. Not for long, I'm sure. We're coming back for you. So Netflix first and Elon Musk has really got involved in this one. So over the past couple of days, thousands of people online have been sharing screenshots of their canceled Netflix subscriptions. And this is all because of one show and the show's creator. In fact, Elon Musk, the most followed person on Twitter, has been super vocal about this, only pouring gasoline on this boycott. Now, the show in question is called Deadend Paranormal Park, and essentially it's a children's animation show which depicts a transgender character. Now, this has pissed off a lot of people, saying that it's woke, that it's brainwashing kids, the usual. But it's not only because of that character. Uh, the show's creator, Haish Steel. He is also being criticized for calling Charlie Kirk a Nazi in a post on X, which is now resurfaced. So, people are calling out Netflix to try and pull the show or carry out some sort of disciplinary action on him. But if they don't, then I'm sure the cancellation attempts will just continue. And then, as for Microsoft, they're facing their own separate cancellation for an entirely different reason. They announced that they're going to be raising the price of their game pass from $20 to $30. And boy, has that pissed people off. In fact, it has led to so many people canceling their subscriptions that their uh web page for cancelling subscriptions crashed. Damn, that's got to be one of the first. Now, their director, Dustin Blackwell, he tried to defend their action buff raising the prices by claiming that gamers actually get more out of this new, more expensive package. It's >> not about money. It's about sending a message. >> However, gamers are not buying it. All they're seeing is that the price is going from 20, now I'm going to have to pay 30. This is ridiculous. Cost of living crisis. So, yeah, not looking too good for these companies right now. But are the days of cancellations and companies folding like Cracker Barrel did over? I guess time will tell. Moving on. And just like you know these companies are facing backlashes and boycots from Gen Z, governments around the world, I don't think they are ready for the rise of Gen Z protests. And here's why. Now, a couple of weeks ago, we spoke about what happened in Nepal. But this week, there's been even more. In Madagascar, following several days of major nationwide Gen Z protest, the country's president conceded and he was forced to dissolve the government. In his address, he added that he now wants to hold talks with young people who are demanding an end to the constant power and water cuts. And then happening at the exact same time in Morocco, protests largely organized by a group called Gen Z212. They have rocked the country for a fourth consecutive night. Now, this anonymous group have been using apps like Discord, Tik Tok, and Instagram to gather support, and they are demanding reforms to hospitals and schools, which they claim are being neglected by the government. All while billions over on this side are flowing into preparations into hosting the World Cup in 2030. But the thing is the protests in Morocco and Madagascar only follow the rise of the Gen Z protest before them in countries like Nepal, Kenya, the Philippines, Indonesia, and they all serve as proof that Gen Z are now fully here. There is a new generation now actively shaping political and social discourse. But they have a powerful weapon that no generation before them has had, social media. Millions can now rally and organize around a cause faster than we have ever seen before. And not only that, but because of its global reach, these youth movements are learning from one another. Many are now sharing similarities and strategies like decentralized leadership, the rapid circulation of digital content. And now, just like we spoke about in last week's video, even sharing cultural symbols like the One Piece flag, and the crazy part about it is that it is only just begun. The rise of Gen Z protests is really picking off. I've from the all the protests that I've covered in the years that I've been doing this, it's really picked up in 2025. So very interesting future we got ahead of us. But for now, moving on. Now I guess it's kind of topical after that one. What do you guys think should be the consequence for a corrupt politician? And I asked that because China had sentenced a former foreign minister to death for corruption. Tong Red Jang formerly served uh as Minister of Agricultural and Rural Affairs and recently he was given the death sentence from a Chinese court for accepting bribes valued at around $37 million. And on top of that, all of these illegal funds that he had accepted will now be handed over to the state. The court found that he used his various political positions ranging from 2007 to 2024 to secure benefits for himself and others. This also includes when he was the governor of the Gansu province. The court said Tong should be convicted of bribery and sentenced to death because the amount of his bribes was extremely large, causing huge losses to the country and the people. But there's a little bit of a catch in here. According to reports, he will most likely not be actually put to death. This is because he apparently confessed to his crime and cooperated, which means if he behaves over the next 2 years, his sentence will likely be reduced to only life in prison. But if he doesn't, death. But either way, that's a pretty significant penalty for a politician to get. The question that I have for you guys is, is that a fair consequence for a corrupt politician taking bribes, or is it way too harsh? Let me know your thoughts. Moving on, also this week, humanity set a new record. We got our first ever half trillionaire. Don't know if that's a that's a real milestone. Now, just a couple of weeks after Elon actually got dethroned by Larry Ellison as the world's richest man, well, it literally took him a couple of weeks to shoot up $150 billion and he touched 500.1 billion uh on Wednesday according to Forb's realtime billionaires tracker. Now, that doesn't mean that he's got $500 billion sat in his bank account that he can spend his money on. It just means that his companies that he founded or has stakes in, they have shot up in value. and he's not even allowed to just withdraw his shares at any point that he wants. It it's it's kind of just like he's kind of worth that. He doesn't have that. So, the reason he shot up is Tesla's stock price has nearly doubled since Elon announced that he's going to be stepping back from Doge. Jeez, how amazing that turned out. His rocket company SpaceX, which he founded in 2002, is now worth over $400 billion. And then X AI which is his AI company that is merged with his social media company XPro's got too many freaking companies. Well that is now worth 113 billion. But you want to know the craziest part in 2020. So about 5 years ago bro was only I know only worth 24 billion compared to 500 billion today. In 5 years that is insane. But yeah, moving on because I need to talk about something else. Okay, we need to do some real housekeeping today. We need to address all these goddamn petitions because there is now literally been a petition to address why I'm no longer addressing petitions. This is getting out of hand. So firstly, I am not not addressing petitions. I'm only addressing the ones that reach an amount 5k likes. Uh that is the threshold for it to be brought to the the summoning square of debate and doing. That's a terrible name. Jeez, don't don't catchphrase that, Alex. And so the Alex uh to give a news report, that was one that got significant traction, showing that the Empire really wants this one. Now, the second one, I must admit, which has got uh enough traction, about 14K uh likes, is the petition for Dylan to edit the next news segment, and I will be doing that. However, I've just come back from Las Vegas recording a very special episode for you guys. Um, so now I'm back. I will try and factor that into my time. And let's be honest, guys, do you really want me to do that? It's not going to be a fun edit. Um, but then some of the ones, for example, that haven't got enough traction is for me to do an episode while hiking. Bizarre. What was that? 22 likes. Measily. Petition for Alex to do a dub over Dylan's voice. Um, like like on an anime. 200. Petition for Dylan to dye his hair pink. That's not even a serious petition, guys. What are we doing? Petition. The emperor must explain why he didn't tell us he has a coffin flu. These petitions are getting out of hand. You know what? I might petition from the top down to ban petitions of the empire. That's how silly these are getting. The petition for Alex to do uh the news segment once a month. That one got 1.3K. It's not the 5K threshold, but it's up there. And um I personally would like that uh and vote for it. So point is, we only have one successful petition in the works right now. And from now on, 5K is the threshold. No silliness. All right. I think the house is looking pretty tidy after that. Don't you think? Um, it is Spooktober, so changes to the studio coming soon. And I think with that being said, um, that's a wrap. That is a wrap. You're all caught up. I love you guys as always. Shut up about the petitions. And I will see you on Wednesday. Woo! [Music] I'm going to take a punch from Mike Tyson. Whenever you're ready. Oh, [Music] you're
