(YouTube Video Summary)

🔥 Anthony Joshua’s Car Crash – A Tragic Turn of Events

  • The Incident: Anthony Joshua was involved in a devastating car crash in Nigeria while visiting family over the holidays. The vehicle—a Lexus SUV—was traveling from Lagos to Sagam when it lost control after a tire burst due to excessive speed.

  • Vehicle and Occupants:

    • Anthony Joshua was in the back left seat.
    • SA (strength and conditioning coach) sat next to him on the right.
    • Latif (personal trainer) was in the front passenger seat.
  • Crash Details:

    • The car hit a stationary truck and was munched on one side, with severe structural damage.
    • Joshua was pulled from the wreckage by bystanders and a security officer—despite clear medical protocols that advise against moving victims in car crashes to avoid spinal or neck injuries.
  • Critical Protocol Violation:

    • No paramedics arrived. Only police officers responded.
    • Joshua was moved into a police vehicle, seated upright, and transported directly to hospital—without proper medical assessment.
    • This raises serious concerns about the safety and medical response in the aftermath.
  • Tragic Loss of Life:

    • Two people died at the scene—both were close friends and key members of Joshua’s team:
      • Steve Bunts (boxing expert): described SA and Latif as "two of Joshua’s closest friends" and vital to the "Anthony Joshua machine."
      • Latif and SA were seen joking with Joshua hours before the crash, playing table tennis and enjoying Christmas.
    • Their last Instagram post (by Latif): "In between your goals, remember there is a precious thing called life that you need to enjoy."
      — A poignant reminder that the incident stripped Joshua of not only his training team but also the emotional support of lifelong friends.
  • Emotional Impact:

    • The crash ended a promising New Year for Joshua—after a high-profile $90 million fight against Jake Paul.
    • The loss of two trusted allies, combined with the trauma of the crash, has led many to believe Joshua may never return to boxing.
    • The process of rebuilding a team (hiring new trainers, strength coaches) is seen as prohibitively difficult and emotionally overwhelming.

💬 “If AJ decides to never fight again, we would understand. After one fight, he’s made enough money to retire.”

📉 U.S. Crime Decline – A Major Positive Trend

    • San Francisco: Lowest murder rate since at least 1942.
  • Additional crime drops:
    • Motor vehicle theft: down the most.
    • Shooting incidents down 17%, mass shootings down over 20%.
  • Context: Crime has been falling since 2023; this trend may continue into 2026.
  • Caveat: The drop may be temporary—crime rates could rebound, but the trend is still a major positive development.

📌 Comment section flooded with emotional reactions—many express disbelief and hope for a safer society.

🏛️ Freemasons in the UK: A Legal Clash Over Transparency

  • The Metropolitan Police has introduced a policy requiring all officers and staff to disclose if they are Freemasons.
  • Reason given: Freemasonry is a hierarchical, member-supportive organization that could lead to corruption or cover-ups in law enforcement.
  • Survey claim: Two-thirds of police staff agree the policy is needed—leaving one-third unconvinced.
  • Criticism from the Freemasons:
    • They strongly condemn the policy, calling it unfair and discriminatory.
    • Accuse the Met Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, of making up the policy on the spot ("on the hoof").
    • Claim the policy is based on conspiracy theories and that Freemasons uphold high moral and ethical standards.
    • Warn it’s a violation of privacy and a form of targeted discrimination.

⚖️ The Freemasons are now taking legal action to block the policy, highlighting a deep divide between institutional transparency and group identity.

🎬 Final Thoughts & Takeaways

  • Anthony Joshua’s crash was not just a physical accident—it was a deeply personal tragedy that erased two of his closest friends and disrupted his career trajectory.
  • The lack of proper medical response raises serious concerns about safety and protocol in such incidents.
  • The U.S. crime decline is a positive, long-term trend worth celebrating—though its sustainability remains uncertain.
  • The Freemasons vs. Metropolitan Police conflict reveals deep tensions between institutional transparency and group autonomy, with far-reaching implications for public trust.

Subscribe and like the video right now to bring good luck into 2026, or else you're cursed [music] if you don't do it. So, let's stop the yapping and let's go. >> [music] >> Okay, just a quick note before we start. I fired Alex as promised on Christmas Day. So, uh, cue the sad music. You get 3 seconds. [music] One, two, three. Cut the sad music. We did not get to 1 million subscribers. I threatened you all with that. and it clearly wasn't enough. So, we have hired a new editor. So, everyone give a warm welcome to Shaun Holmes to the News Daddy Empire. Not to be confused with Shan Combmes. Two different completely different people. Now, I have agreed to rehire Alex the editor when we get to 1 million, but that day may never come. So, Alex, stay unemployed if you're watching this, which you're probably not. Until then, enjoy Shawn Holmes's AMAZING EDITING. MOVING ON. OKAY, GUYS. We need to start today with some genuinely very tragic news. As you would have heard by now, Anthony Joshua was involved in a devastating car crash in Nigeria as he was there uh to visit family over the holidays. Now, yesterday we only knew small little bits and pieces and details. Uh but today, the full picture is a lot more clear. So, this is the car and AJ, as you can see by this diagram, he is in the back left seat. his close friend and strength and conditioning coach SA was sat next to him on the right and then in the front passenger seat was AJ's also good friend but personal trainer Latif. Now according to Nigerian authorities an early investigation showed that the Lexus uh SUV that they were driving had been traveling along the highway from Lagos to Sagam when it experienced quote a tire burst due to excessive speed and then lost control. After they lost control, apparently they then hit a stationary truck and it completely munched one side of the vehicle. Now, pictures and videos from this scene show AJ being pulled out of this car while very very visibly in pain by one a guy who is in a suit, presumably his security or the driver because the driver did survive, but also just by members of the public, bystanders. And I mean, the concerning part when I was watching this was you're told never pull someone out of the wreckage of a car crash unless you absolutely have to, like the car is on fire or you're trained to do so. This is because specifically in car accidents, many of the victims suffer spinal injuries, neck injuries, and so moving them when they potentially have some of these injuries that you can't visibly see, it can turn a survivable or a minor injury into something like paralysis or death. And so, the protocol is always to call emergency services and wait for paramedics. However, in this case, as we can see from the images, there were no paramedics. And perhaps they knew that. Maybe AJ gave the thumbs up. He said, "I'm fine to be moved." We don't know exactly, but what we do know is that only officers turned up, and then he is taken and placed into a police vehicle in the front seat, sat up, and then the police vehicle seems to then drive him all the way to hospital. And not only that, but it is absolute chaos outside. He is being filmed from every different angle. There are people shouting. After he arrived to hospital, he was treated for minor injuries. But looking at the state of the car and looking at the state of him, he is so lucky to be alive and come out without crushed bones or worse. But this is where things take a much more tragic turn because unfortunately two people were pronounced dead at the scene, guys. And let me tell you, researching this video was heavy and it was dark because there are some truly gruesome videos circulating on X that shouldn't see the light of day. No one should have to see that uh and it be on social media. Now, the two people that sadly passed away, it turns out that they were his not only two very, very close friends, but also part of his team. Steve Bunts, who is a boxing expert, described SA and Latif as quote two of Joshua's closest friends and a massive part of the Anthony Joshua machine. He said they have been with him, if not from the start, at least from very early on. Lat is AJ's personal trainer and S is his strength and conditioning man. They are with him all the time. I mean, just hours before the crash, Latif and SA could be seen joking around. They're playing table tennis with AJ and they're having a great time as they arrived in Nigeria. They even show uh the car that they were about to get into. In fact, the last post that Latif put up on Instagram was captioned, "In between your goals, remember there is a precious thing called life that you need to enjoy." And I'm not going to lie to you guys. um that that one in particular, it hit me hard, you know, just because for me personally, for the last few years, ever since starting content, there's been a lot of life that I've put on hold to you sit upstairs locked in the room making content. And um man, if I was to go today, and the thing is, even though AJ miraculously survived and he walked away with his life, he walked away without two of his closest friends. And this was all after they shared together one of the highest moments in all of their careers after that Netflix fight Jake Paul $80 million. In fact, I stand corrected 90 million. They just they just made 90 million. They all just had Christmas. They were heading to Nigeria to see family. They were all heading into the new year with all their own personal goals and their dreams. All of that gone complet everything changed all because of a burst tire which they have no control over. And because of how tragic this situation is, a lot of people have been taking to social media today saying that if AJ decides to never fight again, they would understand. And you know what? After just that one fight, he's made enough money to never work again. So, I have a feeling that we will not see AJ step in the ring for a very long time, if not maybe ever. Because honestly, imagine that process of preparing for a fight, knowing that you have to hire a new personal trainer, a new strength and conditioning coach. [clears throat] It's man, in fact, speaking of the Jake Paul fight, he uh put out a tweet saying, "Life is much more important than boxing. I'm praying for the lives lost, AJ. anyone and anyone impacted by today's unfortunate accident. Honestly, this is going to be an absolutely tragic New Year's for their families, friends, for AJ and the entire boxing community. If you take one thing from this story, man, go hug your loved ones. Tell your mom and dad you love them, your friends and family, because I know I will. Alex, Sean, Alex, I don't miss you, but Sean, welcome to the family. We love you. Moving on. God, get Alex off my head. ALEX, I DON'T LOVE YOU ANYMORE. Sorry what had to happen to you. Okay, let's move on to some good news, shall we? Feel like we need it. The United States. Yes, I can triple check. It says the United States. They are apparently on pace for the largest one-year drop in murders the country has ever recorded. Now, according to data from Realtime Crime Index and an analysis by expert Jeff Asher, not only are murders down by almost 20%, which will be uh once we actually enter the new year, by far the largest decline on record, but other types of crimes are also seeing large reported declines nationwide. And that is also across locations of all population sizes. Motor vehicle theft apparently is down the most. I feel like there's going to be some interesting reasons behind that, but we don't have time to get into it. Numerous cities, including New Orleans, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore, they're all on pace for the fewest murders since the 1960s and '7s. New York City reported the fewest shootings ever recorded. How about that? And San Francisco reportedly recorded its lowest murder rate, likely since at least 1942. And speaking about shootings, according to data from Gun Violence Archive, even shootings in general are down 17% and mass shootings are down over 20%. America, what's going on? Now, caveat to that, that does just take their shooting numbers back to precoid levels. So, swings and roundabouts, I don't know if that's the right saying to use, but as a whole, crime in the United States has been falling since about 2023. And that is something to celebrate. That is good news. The question is whether that trend will continue into 2026. And if it does, it's looking good. But god, the comments on this one. Oh lord. Moving on. Okay, next one is a really strange piece of news coming out of the UK. So you guys know the secret society called the Freemasons. It's kind of like the British version of the Illuminati with some differences. Okay. I mean perhaps you may know them better by their symbol the eye of providence uh which is found on meic temples around the world or just by the conspiracies you know that them and the Illuminati run the world and surely you know the Freemasons man anyway point is is that they are actually having some legal issues right now. I didn't know that secret societies had legal issues. But this is after the Metropolitan Police uh introduced a new policy whereby any policeman who is a Freemason must tell their bosses. Like [laughter] I'm sorry when I read this I was like how prevalent must this be to have to introduce policies to disclose that kind of it's just so strange. Now, their reasoning for this is pretty blunt. Uh, the police force said that Freemasonry is a hierarchical organization that requires members to support and protect each other, and that's not ideal in the police force. And allegedly, this is allowed corruption to take place, as well as cover-ups of wrongdoings. Um, we're going dark on this one. In fact, the Metropolitan Police justified their decision in a social media post by saying twothirds of officers and staff surveyed agree that this policy is needed. 2/3? That leaves a whole third. A whole third. And I mean, how are we not suspicious on a whole third? Because let's say for example, you work in the police force and there are rumors that your co-workers could potentially be a Freemason. Would you not, even if you're not part of it, want to know? So, what kind of person are you? You're not in the Freemasons and you don't want to know which one of your co-workers is a Freemason. Raise of hands, that person doesn't exist. Now, here's where the whole situation gets a little bit heated because the Freemasons, they said, "Nah, we ain't having this." They have strongly condemned this decision and they are even taking legal action to try and block it. You know, if they did just slide that little thing to a judge that might be in their little group, maybe maybe this whole problem goes away. Now, they accuse the Met Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, of making up the law on the hoof. What gives it away? The the Freemasons are British on the hoof. And then they accused his force of whipping up conspiracy theories about the influence of Freemasons. They say in reality Freemasons are called to actually the highest moral and ethical standards and not corrupt or immoral individuals as insinuated by this policy. In fact, they are going as far as to say this is discrimination that we have to reveal who of us is among you. Now this is also the same group which used to have beheading and tongue cutting as the official punishment of revealing their secrets. So it doesn't [laughter] I mean the real question is what do you guys think as non- freemasons or Freemason if you if you're a Freemason watching me hit me up. Don't hit me up. No. Do you think it's fair that Freemasons have to tell their bosses that they're part of a secret society? Or are we just getting so off the script in life now in general? I never thought in a million years I'd be talking about this. The real reason I had to fire Alex, he was a Freemason. Moving on. Also, in the last couple of days of 2025, oh my lord, if 2025 was here, it deserves a freaking bashing. because it refuses to go out peacefully. Sean Holmes inserts funny edit. I don't know if he's as funny as Alex. Okay, I'm just saying I don't know whether that was funny or not, but if it was, well done, Sean Holmes. Good first joke. Firstly, China. Well, they decided to spend the last days of 2025 carrying out the largest military drills ever around Taiwan. They began simulating strikes on land and sea targets, blocking Taiwan's main ports, deploying troops, warships, fighter jets, and even firing live rounds. Imagine being an island with all this going on around you. Huh. Now, these drills were actually in response to the US, of course, uh somehow the US is involved in everything. They basically sold Taiwan one of the largest weapon packages to date worth 11 billion. And then Russia jumped in. They got involved. They said uh that in the event of a possible escalation in this whole situation, they will support China. The US, they previously said that they will support Taiwan. So [sighs and gasps] see you on the front lines. But that wasn't it because uh this morning we saw a huge escalation in tensions in the Middle East because Saudi Arabia, they bombed a weapons shipment belonging to the UAE in Yemen. And let me tell you, this is actually a much bigger deal than you might think because currently in Yemen, there is an ongoing what you could describe as a civil war. Now, it's a little bit more nuanced than that, but it's civil war will work. And both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, they support opposing sides. Now, for the most part, Saudi, the UAE, they've been able to avoid direct, you know, military conflict with one another. even when the sides that they support they've been going at it h having wars and all sorts but then today that's somewhat changed because Saudi bombed something explicitly tied to the UAE and then they directly warned the UAE saying you better stop. Now that is very rare if not unprecedented. And what makes the situation even crazier is that the internationally recognized Yemen government the side that Saudi supports they issued a state of emergency. They canled a security pact with the UAE and then they set a 24-hour deadline for all forces that belong to the UAE in Yemen to evacuate. Now, the big question whether this just goes boom or whether it fizzles out, which is hopefully fizzles it out, uh does the UAE respond to the Saudi bombing? Because boy, if they do, we're going to have a lot to talk about in the beginning of 2026. Moving on. And then lastly, the days of YouTubers not being real journalists. Boy, they are long over. Yes, we are talking about the Minnesota fraud scandal. And boy, this this one is wild. So earlier this month on the 18th of December, as reported by the Associated Press, federal prosecutors said that half of the $18 billion in federal funding that supported 14 different Minnesota run programs, we're talking disability care, addiction treatment centers, food for the underprivileged, child care. Half of that money that was meant to go to the most vulnerable people in society, half of it allegedly stolen. Prosecutors said that the magnitude of this fraud cannot be overstated. What we see in Minnesota is not a handful of bad actors committing crimes. It's staggering industrialcale fraud. But for the American taxpayers whose money that is [clears throat] at the time it was just words, you know, it's hard to really feel it. That is until a 23-year-old YouTuber named Nick Shirley posted a video that for millions of Americans suddenly made it feel real. Now, in this video, which we will add in the description, uh Nick went to multiple daycare centers in the region, which he claimed had taken millions in state funding to look after hundreds of children. But when he arrived and he entered these places, it was deserted. I don't think there was a single child that he saw. Now, not only did this video go pretty much instantly viral. It got 116 million views on X, 1.9 million views on YouTube, and that's just on his accounts, but it was also shared by huge political figures including Elon Musk and even the vice president JD Vance. In fact, the US Attorney General Pam Bondi personally acknowledged Shirley's work on X and said that 98 individuals, 85 of Somali descent, have been charged as a result. Now obviously this is being supercharged on the right. Uh this involved everything that they kind of are campaigning on. It involved Somali immigrants. You know obviously Trump doesn't like them. And then it also involves uh Tim Waltz who was running for vice president uh a liberal. So this was kind of like woof dessert for the Republican party to jump on. I mean, that doesn't make it wrong or propaganda or anything like that because, you know, genuine real crimes have been committed and real people, ones with disabilities, children have not got the money that they should have. And now, just days after Nick's videos, the DHS is on the ground in Minneapolis going doortodoor at suspected fraud sites, even telling CNN that this was partly triggered because of Nick's video. Pretty crazy times. However, I think that is a wrap. Not just for this video, but for the year. If you're watching this on New Year's Eve, have a fantastic evening. Stay safe. As soon as this video switches off, guys, go tell your loved ones you love them. Give them a hug. I know that I will after this. It's been a It's been an emotional video. I'm not going to lie. It's been an emotional December. Um, [snorts] yeah, I'm just going to leave it at that. Rest in peace, Alex. You know, I hope you enjoy whatever job you're going for next. Welcome Sha Holmes, not Sha Combmes. Just want to make that very clear. And with that, we say our goodbyes. [music] See you on Friday. Yes, we will actually see you on Friday. I can't leave the video. God, stop the yapping and get rapping. Woo.

TODAY ON NEWSDADDY!🍿🥤 ANTHONY JOSHUA CAR CRASH IN NIGERIA – WILL AJ EVER BOX AGAIN? We’ve got to start with the heartbreaking news: Anthony Joshua was involved in a horrific car crash in Nigeria while visiting family for the holidays. What we know now is even worse — AJ survived, but two of his closest friends and key members of his team, Sina (strength & conditioning) and Latif (personal trainer), were killed. Early reports say the vehicle suffered a tyre burst at speed, lost control, and hit a stationary truck on the Lagos–Sagamu highway. The footage from the scene is chaos — AJ being pulled from the wreckage by bystanders (which is genuinely dangerous if there’s a spinal injury), rushed to hospital, and left with injuries that could’ve been far worse considering the state of the car. This isn’t just a boxing story — it’s a reminder how fast life can flip. People are already saying they’d understand if AJ never fights again, because how do you even go back into camp after losing your team like that? Even Jake Paul spoke out, and the entire boxing world is in shock. Please, go tell someone you love them. US MURDER RATE PLUNGING – AMERICA DID WHAT?! Switching to some rare good news: the US is reportedly on pace for the largest one-year drop in murders ever recorded, with murders down close to 20% in 2025 based on real-time tracking and analysis. Multiple major cities are seeing historic declines, and even shootings and mass shootings are reportedly down. It’s still America… but this is a massive trend shift — the question is whether it continues into 2026. AMERICANS TRIED TO PREDICT 2025 IN 1998… AND IT’S UNHINGED A poll from decades ago has resurfaced where Americans predicted what life would look like in 2025 — and honestly, they hit some scary bullseyes. New deadly disease? Yep. Gay marriage becoming legal and normal? Yep. First Black president? Yep. Online shopping taking over? Yep. Working from home? Yep. But they also thought we’d have cured cancer and AIDS… and that the US would have its first female president by now… so… yeah. Now the real question: what are our predictions for 2050? FREEMASONS VS MET POLICE – “TELL YOUR BOSS IF YOU’RE IN THE SECRET CLUB” The Metropolitan Police in the UK has introduced a new policy: any officer who is a Freemason must declare it. The reason? Concerns that Freemasonry is a hierarchical organisation where members protect each other — potentially creating a corruption and cover-up risk. Freemasons are furious, calling it discriminatory, and they’re taking legal action to block it. So… are the conspiracy people about to have the best week of their lives? Or is this just basic transparency? CHINA–TAIWAN DRILLS + SAUDI VS UAE IN YEMEN – 2025 REFUSED TO END PEACEFULLY Because of course the final days of the year couldn’t be calm: – China is reportedly conducting its largest-ever military drills around Taiwan, simulating strikes, blocking ports, and escalating tensions after a major US weapons package. – And in Yemen, things got messy fast: Saudi Arabia bombed a weapons shipment tied to UAE support, and the Yemen government (backed by Saudi) reportedly issued emergency measures and warnings. If this escalates, January is going to be a problem. NICK SHIRLEY & THE MINNESOTA FRAUD SCANDAL – YOUTUBERS ARE JOURNALISTS NOW Federal prosecutors say a staggering amount of federal funds tied to Minnesota programs may have been stolen — and then a 23-year-old YouTuber, Nick Shirley, posted videos visiting daycare centres that were supposedly receiving huge funding… but looked deserted. The clips went mega-viral, got shared by major figures, and now DHS is reportedly investigating sites on the ground — with officials acknowledging the video played a role in triggering attention. Love him or hate him, this is the creator economy colliding with real-world accountability. That’s the wrap — not just for this upload, but for the entire year. Stay safe tonight, hug your people, and I’ll see you on Friday. 00:00 - INTRODUCING 01:01 - Sean Holmbs @SeanHolmbsTheEditor 01:48 - Anthony Joshua update 07:50 - US MURDER RATES 09:42 - FREEMASONS 13:25 - MIDDLE EAST AND CHINA WARS? 16:13 - SHIRLEY NOT?
